Course Description

Stress is an inevitable part of life, with both positive and negative impacts. The key is learning to harness positive stress while minimizing the negative. This workshop introduces the Triple A approach as a foundation for effectively managing stress in everyday life.

Our Stress Management course provides a three-step method to address any stressful situation and equips you with practical tools, such as routines, relaxation techniques, and a stress log system. You will also explore lifestyle changes that can help reduce stress, empowering you to take control and foster well-being.
