Course Description
Workplace harassment is a serious and growing concern that can affect any organization, often in ways that go unnoticed. While some may believe, “It doesn’t happen here,” harassment can take many forms—from inappropriate comments or emails to physical actions or unfair reassignment of duties. Harassment is not only unacceptable but also illegal, and addressing it promptly is essential to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
