This course discusses the steps to implement to keep yourself and co-workers healthy.
In the Healthy Lifestyle at Work course, you will learn the core skills that will help you identify common illnesses, understand how they spread, recognize symptoms, apply treatment and prevention techniques, and establish an emergency response plan.
